Fettuccine Alfredo with Grilled Chicken

This is my favorite recipe for Fettuccine Alfredo. It is easy and delicious! It is so hard for me to order it in a restaurant because I think this recipe is much better!

You will need:*1 stick Butter
* 1 c Heavy Whipping Cream
* 1 c Parmesan Cheese
* 1 box Fettuccine
* 1 lb. Grilled Chicken Breast
* Salt & Pepper

Cook Fettuccine according to package and drain. I normally add a little salt to mine while it is boiling. In a sauce pan, melt butter, then add whipping cream, last stir in Parmesan cheese. Make sure you add those three ingredients in that order. Once mixture begins to boil turn to low. Stirring occasionally. Be carefully not to boil too long because the cheese will burn! Add a dash of pepper. Pour Alfredo sauce over cooked Fettuccine. Cut up grilled chicken and mix with Alfredo Fettuccine. Serve and enjoy! We normally add a little more Parmesan Cheese to our plate serving!

  2. You just add 1 cup of the heavy whipping cream after your butter has melted in your sauce pan. That's all you need! I usually just buy an 8oz carton!

  3. I got the stuff 2 weeks in a row to make this, and STILL haven't . The kids keep drinking the cream!
    But one of these days I'm going to try it :)

  4. After printing this recipe a while back, I finally got around to making it last night! Very good!! Hope to see more recipes! I'd much rather use "tried and true" recipes that I know will work rather than randomly skimming a recipe book!!
